  1. In my comment on 26-5-13 I stated that in accordance with the principles laid down by CAT on 1-11-11 and Delhi High Court on 29-4-13, pre2006 prorate pensioners are also entitled to minimum pension of 50% of minimum pay plus grade pay instead of Rs.3500 further reduced prorate. In reply I was told that Govt is expected to issue revised orders on these lines.
    I find the issue is not on Govt. agenda or on the agenda of the Joint Consultative Committee as is obvious from the minutes of the meeting National Council JCM on Pensionary Matters – held on 28.05.2013 with the representatives of staff side.
    Should we not involve JCM too?
